How This Intensive Works Over 30 Days
Session 1: Assessment (Week 1)
We map where your energy is actually going—the visible commitments and the invisible work. You'll identify hidden emotional labor, unspoken expectations, and patterns of overextension. We'll name what you've been carrying that no one else sees. I'll also assess your current routines and self-care practices to understand what's supporting you and what's not.
Session 2: Action Plan (Week 2)
We translate insight into a personalized, realistic plan. Together we identify what to adjust, what to stop carrying, and where to focus first. This isn't generic advice—it's tailored to your nervous system, your role, and your real constraints. I'll also teach you personalized nervous system regulation practices designed specifically for your body and your patterns.
Session 3: Integration & Adjustment (Week 4)
Two weeks later, we check in. We refine what's working, adjust what's not, and support changes that are sustainable—not another thing to keep up with. We troubleshoot obstacles and celebrate wins you might not even notice.
