About the course

If you're a sensitive soul striving to make a difference in the world, yet often feel overwhelmed or depleted, the Powerful Sensitivity program offers a path to sustainable transformation. This 6-week virtual course and ongoing membership is designed to help you reconnect with your body's wisdom, regulate your energy, and establish embodied boundaries. Through self-paced learning, somatic practices, and weekly group support, you'll cultivate a deeper connection to yourself, enabling you to contribute to collective change without sacrificing your well-being.

Hi, I'm Rachel (she/her). I help highly sensitive individuals reclaim their energy and reconnect with their intuitive wisdom to use their sensitivity for positive change. I believe that systems change people, and people change systems. I work with people to resource themselves and honor their authenticity so they can buffer against the impacts of an unjust world while freeing up energy to create a culture of connection and care. I focus on bridging the gap between individual and collective healing to create a culture that germinates sustainable personal and collective change
